What the Solo plan unlocks is being found — your site indexed on Google, your own domain name, visitor statistics and the Studio's SEO tools. So you can judge the result before reaching for your card, and subscribe afterwards, with no commitment and no minimum term.

Yes — the Solo and Agence plans let you connect a custom domain. GenBuild configures your DNS and your SSL automatically. The Free plan gives you a free GenBuild subdomain.

Of course. Once your site is generated you get the Studio: talk to the AI to refine copy, colours, images and sections, or adjust everything by hand. Your changes are saved automatically and you can republish in one click.

One single gauge: credits. Generating your site, adding a section, rewriting copy, sending a message to the AI — it all comes out of the same counter, and there is no daily cap: you are never sent away until tomorrow in the middle of a job. The Free plan gets 80 credits when you sign up, once: they do not top up, but that is enough to generate your site and then rework it. The Solo plan gets 750, topped up every month — a normal working rhythm will not exhaust them. The Agence plan goes up to 3,750 a month, enough to turn sites out one after another. A chat message costs 1 credit — up to 6 when you ask for several changes at once and the assistant chains them for you — and a full site generation costs 15: your counter stays visible at all times, and every action announces its cost before it runs.

Yes, on every plan — the free one included. From inside the app, a “Contact support” button sends your message: a human reads it and replies by email, and you get an acknowledgement straight away. No chatbot going round in circles, no help centre to search through yourself, and no priority queue reserved for subscribers. It is the same door for everyone.

You keep your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. On that date the account moves to the Free plan — there is no grace period. Your site stays online, but it is no longer indexed on Google, the GenBuild badge comes back and your custom domain name is disconnected (unless you bought it through GenBuild: it stays connected until the end of the year you paid for). If you had several published sites, only the most recently edited one stays online — the Free plan covers 1. No data is deleted: your content stays in the dashboard, HTML export stays available on every plan, and resubscribing puts everything back exactly as it was.
